OVERVIEW We cater for everyone. In a typical year we play at Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, Children’s Parties, Family Evenings, Summer Fairs, Carnivals, Presentation Dinner Dances, Corporate Events and Christmas dances of all kinds, for all ages. We frequently work with bands and celebrities and have been featured on ITV. We have played throughout England and in Spain, and have even been invited to appear in Australia and Canada! The Roadshow makes every function unique with pictures taken during the event appearing quickly on screens and amazing your guests as they become stars of the show. Archive PhotoShows are very popular and during the early part of the celebration are often projected on a large screen. The fact that you can include images of people who may have left us, makes the show as poignant as it is memorable. Shows are personalised with a unique moving logo projected onto a large screen and shown on smaller screens. This can be colour co-ordinated with your scheme for the event.
Sound and lighting equipment are impressive and a computer is always on hand to
chase those elusive tracks! We can offer advice on many aspects of a function
and have been involved in organising and taking part in a wide range of
fund-raising activities. We have been involved in many “Theme” evenings and can provide entertaining and challenging “vintage” and quiz
nights. If you have a set of tracks that you would like played (or not!), then shows are built around your playlist - around 30 tracks is a useful number, Normally this is given about 4 weeks before a function to enable us to source any tracks not in our extensive collection. Whenever possible, request sheets are used to ensure that we play the music that your guests want to hear. With thousands of tracks on CD we really can play “something for everyone!” For an extra bit of “fun” we can include Karaoke. High quality photographs are taken and displayed during the night, giving your guests a highly novel experience. These are available on the night if required, or afterwards via our website with your permission. We can supply up to 3 large video screens running from various sources. Setting up in a small venue is no problem with our WT610 projectors which display 60" pictures from less than 12"! A typical show includes 4 x Dynatwin DMX projectors, starcloth, bubbles, water and oil projectors, 800W sound system with radio mics, 2 computers, 3 x TFT screens, pull up projection screen, 2000 lumens data projector, Canon wireless photographic equipment and 2 operatives. We have numerous other effects available, including smoke, laser and larger sound systems. We carry full public liability insurance and equipment is fully PAT tested. We also carry a PPL Digital DJ Licence.
Twin screens in action More than just a disco, Maxims is very much an audio-visual experience. The Photo Roadshow is available as a standalone service, running alongside your own entertainment.

A typical show includes 6 x Dynatwin DMX projectors, starcloth, bubbles, smoke, laser, water and oil projectors, ceiling lights, mirror ball, LED lighting, 800W sound system with radio mics, 2 computers, 3 x TFT screens, 2 projectors with screens, Canon wireless photographic equipment and 2 operatives.
High quality photographs are taken and displayed during the night, giving your guests a highly novel experience. Prints are available on the night if required, or afterwards via our website with your permission.

The ‘live’ PhotoShow will be updated at regular intervals and shown in various formats and timings. As a special thank you, you will get a FREE disc at the end of the evening with a PhotoShow or watermarked pictures to help you bring the event to life over and over again! There are usually many more than 300 pictures taken during the evening. This package can be upgraded to an enhanced Silver package so that you get full ownership of all pictures taken.
This is our starter package. High quality photographs are taken and displayed during the night, giving your guests a highly novel experience. Prints are available afterwards via our website with your permission.

As above, but including the full disco package. A typical show includes 4 x Dynatwin DMX projectors, starcloth, bubbles, water and oil projectors, 800W sound system with radio mics, 2 computers, 3 x TFT screens, pull up projection screen, 2000 lumens data projector, Canon wireless photographic equipment and 2 operatives. We have numerous other effects available, including smoke, laser and larger sound systems.
2 screens, 2 data projectors (depending on venue) 2 cameras (Ideally the venue should be able to supply 2 x 6’ clothed tables one each side of the stage to place the screens on. This will give additional visibility to the images) A third screen is also available.

These are generally candid pictures and will be taken from when guests arrive during the reception until the end of the evening. The ‘live’ PhotoShow will be updated at regular intervals and shown in various formats and timings.
Within seven days you will be given a presentation pack with cds/dvds of images taken.
These will include:
· Edits of all scanned images.
· All pictures as taken. (You will receive an edited disc as soon as possible after the event colour corrected, cropped images, red eye removed where possible. These will be ideal for you to print from.)
PhotoShowGold+
As above, but including the full disco package. A typical show includes 4 x Dynatwin DMX projectors, starcloth, bubbles, water and oil projectors, 800W sound system with radio mics, 2 computers, 3 x TFT screens, pull up projection screen, 2 x WT610 2000 data projectors, Canon wireless photographic equipment and 2 operatives. We have numerous other effects available, including smoke, laser and larger sound systems.
Please note: Archive PhotoShows are made in advance, but if you wish to make use of this service, we would prefer you to have pictures scanned and sent to us on disc at least 2 weeks in advance. We can scan from your pictures – there is an extra charge for this service. Please make sure that images are scanned at 150-300 dpi. If e-mailing images please send them as files NOT as pictures as they often arrive degraded. If you have a computerised archive PhotoShow, it will be included on your free CD as a screensaver or exe file that you can run on your PC. Please note that these services are for entertainment purposes only. We will not take pictures of groups posed by professional photographers without their permission.
